From Poverty to Sustainability and Violence to Opportunity:

Our primary mission is to help at-risk youth and their communities move from poverty to sustainability and from paths leading to violence to paths leading to opportunity.  We do this through helping participants learn conflict resolution/life skills, and by introducing them to leading edge 21st century technologies (home food production, additive manufacturing, virtual reality and robotics) that can provide opportunities for apprenticeships, jobs, and continuing education.

Our efforts build on over eight years of experience in supporting youth in  a Washington DC public housing area through mentoring and volunteering, and support of a hands-on STEM/Aquaponics project at A DC High School.  Most importantly, our efforts build on the relationships made with individuals and organizations - both in the U.S. and in other countries - who are eager to help.

Leveraging these relationships and our experience in supporting client events, we have facilitated conversations between youth and mentors in China, India, and the United States. Our support, combined with the aid of residents we will train, will be used to bring in mentors, worldwide, who have the advanced skills and desire to meet and help these at-risk youth and their communities.

Unmatched Experience in Supporting Client Events

We have supported client events since the early '90s, concentrating on delivering the knowledge presented at these events. The events were held by leading knowledge-based organizations to include The World Trade Institute, The Bookings Institution, The World Bank, The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, The National Endowment for Democracy (NED), The Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), The National Governors Association, the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), The Womens Learning Partnership (WLP), and the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS).

Many of these events included importing leading world figures via video and web conferencing.

We have captured and processed media from hundreds of events, with speakers ranging from policy experts and policy makers worldwide to the President of the United States. This experience has given us an in-depth understanding of how these events are conducted, their content, and their audience, both remote and local.
